I'm back here writing on our blog after a while 'time that I did not. Whether because it was a bit 'of time that was missing from the competition, or because I lost a bit' of stimuli in writing, and preparing themselves because despite the marathon in Florence, there were no important events to remember on our very own personal diary. Until we have participated with Ivana in the Chianti Trail, a 18km race dell'Ecomaratona inserted in the manifestation of Chianti. E 'was really a wonderful experience, both for the race, was in fact the first time participating in a trail, both in areas where it is held.
after returning from the race, I continued to prepare for the marathon by participating in Florence the 30km (from Tuscania, Tarquinia) inserted nell'Ultramaratona Etruscan and repeating the experience of a race as the nature of Ecomaratonina Castel Fusano. With Ivana when we heard about this race, we immediately decided to participate, especially because we ran a few steps from Ostia, the place where we live. And so we entered autonomy throughout the race which was held last Sunday. Only place we found with pleasure that other children would take part in the Running.
The race was not difficult, although occasionally the route has some little danger. However, we found a very very good that soon we will return to attend to any training session or pure pleasure of running in nature.
