Where have I been? Well, it's too long to tell, but for work I spent the last five months at sea in Somalia, Djibouti, the Comoros Islands, via Kenya. Beautiful place it, home to many runners and place where people even do not fare very well always has a smile on his lips. I understand now, why are so strong as runners, the spaces are huge and they always go. Come to the city through the river with a ferry boat and then start to walk.
During this period, unfortunately I could not run, but I took the opportunity to recover from some injury earlier this year and if someone had told me that in August I participated back to a race, I would have taken for a madman. And instead, not only came back early from my commitment to work (leaving the gentlemen, I greet them, even in the Indian Ocean), but with Ivan we can also make a beautiful and funny holiday, during which we participated in a 10km race with six thousand people!! We
were in Berlin, beautiful city, where they were playing the 12 th World Championships in Athletics. It 'amazing how the city during these events are transformed for the better (not that Berlin needs it) inevitably involve everyone.
in the late afternoon it was nice to follow the races in KulturStadion, a village set up to stand directly under the Brandenburg Gate.
