UNEXPECTED RETURN TO RUN THE ROMAN
Hello everyone. We were greeted in February, after a half-Fiumicino (where I almost broken ribs), but especially in the beautiful dining experience of the orange of the Roma-Ostia. The most common question was, when you get back? When we meet again? The answer was always the same, I do not know! Only suggested a possible return in late September.
Where have I been? Well, it's too long to tell, but for work I spent the last five months at sea in Somalia, Djibouti, the Comoros Islands, via Kenya. Beautiful place it, home to many runners and place where people even do not fare very well always has a smile on his lips. I understand now, why are so strong as runners, the spaces are huge and they always go. Come to the city through the river with a ferry boat and then start to walk.
During this period, unfortunately I could not run, but I took the opportunity to recover from some injury earlier this year and if someone had told me that in August I participated back to a race, I would have taken for a madman. And instead, not only came back early from my commitment to work (leaving the gentlemen, I greet them, even in the Indian Ocean), but with Ivan we can also make a beautiful and funny holiday, during which we participated in a 10km race with six thousand people!! We
were in Berlin, beautiful city, where they were playing the 12 th World Championships in Athletics. It 'amazing how the city during these events are transformed for the better (not that Berlin needs it) inevitably involve everyone.
in the late afternoon it was nice to follow the races in KulturStadion, a village set up to stand directly under the Brandenburg Gate.
This was also the area where the road races were held and where, therefore, we followed the two marathons (Male and female)
and with a bit of disappointment (imagine for him) we followed the successful tender is not the only Italian on which were pinned the hopes of medal, Alex Schwarzer.
medal instead Ivana and I have received at the end of the Champions Run, a 10km race ever organized by the organizing committee of the World Championships. The race was called that way because he had the same route that the runners walked four times.

Two numbers that have a precise meaning: used to indicate a date and place of an event to be held by (guess who '? In Nove ...) in the day Wednesday, September 9 [09/09/2009] and see if starting at 9:00 am
What we have set? Simply invite friends, artists and craftsmen, potters, painters and decorators, and anyone with the desire to get involved, to pass into the courtyard of the factory string to decorate one of the 99 bowls +99 Mario Brothers and Luigi Bertolin have made for the event. Everyone is free to de corarle as it sees fit, thanks to the enamels made available by Cibas the bodies of Fabio Poli and then be fired using the raku technique or with a fast firing to thermal shock due to the presence of the master Nico Toniolo .
Access is free and there is no charge for anything, but given that we hope will become a m omentum of celebration, please bring a bottle of wine to celebrate the event . THANKS.
