It never mentions MONTEZUMA!

usually not superstitious, but since the now out September 15th I wrote post in which I said I had defeated Montezuma have happened in all colors. I'm not feeling sorry for himself, but the facts are real and misadventures. Until that time I was taking an unexpected shape by now, I got a good result at the hour on the track and it left me hopeful for the future of Florence Marathon. Instead a few days after I started with a beautiful intestinal flu, right to make me remember the name of the Aztec ruler name means the person who becomes king angrily . Cured of this influence, resume preparation, but with three times a week (most days less days) I switched to a better contraction to a calf, sinusitis with fever, a beautiful ankle sprain and finally (fresh fresh) Pure flu, with sore throat and cough.
What do you say can you believe in curses?
However, that did not stop me permanently, but they are always divided by completing a marathon dignified and getting more good results.
Sunday afternoon, back from the sprained ankle and a victim of the artichokes, I managed to complete a beautiful half-marathon of all three in that of Nepi. One of the most challenging in the Lazio region, but also for the conformation of the route and the sights, one of the best.
I wanted to be there for various reasons, for the pleasure of running and racing, but mostly because by Monday for work (unfortunately gives us a living) I'll be out of Italy for a while 'for months and wanted to keep good memories of this wonderful world Running ... and running of evolution, evolution, evolution .....

PS If you wonder where I will go ', try to follow the trail left by the ship ...

Hello everyone. See you soon.

The Befana comes at night!

With the rhyme just mentioned in the title every year when we were kids me and my brother, my mom woke up the morning of the Epiphany. Anxious we rushed into the kitchen to see if the witch had passed by our house and even if he left some sweets in the stockings that prepared the night before. We put socks because our father had a 44 foot inside there were lots of sweets. Time every year find a better sock full full of sweets, nougat, toffee, kinder eggs, chocolate money, coal, sugar and the inevitable Mandarin. As the years passed and I continued to find stocking candy and sweet mandarin. This morning, something like a mandarin, I found running in my socks. Immediately after the start of the race "Run for the Befana" I put my foot in one of the millions of holes found on the streets of Rome and tac, sprained right ankle. I thought once I retire, return to the gazebo and lick my wounds, but, following the advice of Master One, I slowly walked, then made a few running steps, and then corricchiato course with good feelings and good times. The pain seemed to disappear, but has come back immediately after the end of the race. In the afternoon I put the ice to try to alleviate the pain in his ankle that has now become like the Mandarin that my mom put me in the shoes of the Epiphany.

36 Weeks Pregnant Always Poop

FIRST STEPS in the dunes.

First day of the year and early training, with future goals. This morning I had the pleasure to host in Ostia some friends who are preparing for the 100 km of the Sahara. It will be an important commitment, hard and especially unusual because the race will feature a sandy soil more or less hard. That is why today we trained on a mixed route for a total of 20km shared equally between asphalt and sand. The group was formed by the three main protagonists, Teresa, Marco and Mauro, who will participate in the race next March, and Charles Frank and I as passengers. The weather does not simulate exactly what you will find it in the desert throughout the workout we had a light rain with temperatures that hovered around 8, 10 degrees. But now the important thing was getting comfortable with the sand, sometimes harder and sometimes more soft, and get used to the joints, tendons and muscles to a road different from usual. In short, we are laying the foundations for something important and it all started with the first steps in the dunes.
